After spending the past three days with his grandparents (I wrote more about it on Soapy Joe), my wife picked up my son tonight, and he's back home with us, safe and sound. In fact, I worked late tonight, but he stayed up with his mother waiting for me to get home from work. We sat at the table eating popcorn together and talked about what we did during our three days apart. They just grow up way too fast!I have to say, it was great to see my little buddy again! I really missed him! That's the longest that he and I have been apart since I was sent to Dallas, Texas, on business just after he was born.
